Sunsilk - Gang of Girls - Privacy Policy

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This contest is open to all residents of Malaysia except employees and immediate families of Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd. their advertising agencies, appointed distributors and other members related to this promotions.

2. This contest will run from 1 July - 31 August 2010

3. All entries must be sent via www.sunsilk.com.my. Upon successful submission, you will receive an acknowledgement page.

4. Each contestant may submit to a maximum of three (3) designs only. Each submission must be accompanied by one (1) unique Watsons receipt number as a proof of purchase of Sunsilk products in Watsons outlet in Malaysia

5. Judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

6. All winners will be notified by post.

7. Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute any prizes with others at similar value without prior notice. All prizes are neither transferable, refundable, nor exchangeable for cash.

8. Transportation cost for prizes, accommodation and transportation for collection of prizes shall be borne by winners.

9. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from the date of notification after which no claims will be entertained.

10. Participation is only deem valid with submission of Watsons unique receipt number of the receipt that will serve as a proof of Sunsilk purchase. In order to join the contest, participant is to purchase any Sunsilk product in any Watsons outlet within the contest period.

11. Winners must produce the original Watsons receipt that matches the receipt number submitted in order to redeem the winning prize.

12. Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish the names and photographs of the winners for publicity purposes.

13. By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by the rules and regulations and decisions of the judges.

14. By participating in this contest, participants undertakes that it shall not bring any claims or actions against Unilever (Malaysia) Holdings Sdn Bhd, whether in contract, tart or otherwise.

15. By participating in this contest, participants agree to join the Sunsilk’s Gang of Girls membership club, be entitled to all privileges that the club offers and agree to be in the mailing list for any newsletters that the club offers
